Full Schedule

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – The LIU Post men's & women's indoor track and field team's 2018-19 schedule was announced Monday afternoon by head coach Kevin Buckley.
 
The Pioneers open their season on Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Fastrack Season Opener at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, New York . They return to the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Friday, Dec. 7 and Friday, Jan. 4 for the Seahawk Shootout and the Wagner Invitational.
 
LIU Post takes part in the Saint Thomas Aquinas Spartan Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Friday, Jan. 11 while also taking part in the Yale Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 12 in New Haven, Connecticut.
 
The Green and Gold then heads to the Armory in New York City for a pair of meets. The first is the Gotham Cup on Friday, Jan. 18 then the Dr. Sandler Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 26.
 
On Friday, Feb. 1 the Pioneers take part in the Metropolitan Championships at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex followed by the Saint Joseph's Winter Meet at Saint Anthony's High School in South Huntington, New York, on Sunday, Feb. 10.
 
The East Coast Conference Championships take place on Saturday, Feb. 16 at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex while the ECAC and IC4A Championships will be held at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center on Friday, Mar. 8 and Saturday, Mar. 9.
