MANSFIELD, Mass. - After the conclusion of a 3-0 week for No. 8 LIU Post field hockey, junior Emily Miller (Bridgewater, N.J.) and freshman Sammy Bell (Milngavie, Glasgow, United Kingdom) were tabbed this week's Northeast-10 Conference Offensive Player and Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday.

Miller led the offense with six goals and two assists, good for 14 points. In a 3-1 victory over No. 1 East Stroudsburg, she found the back of the cage once and added two assists to the green and gold's effort.

Bell tallied two goals and one assist for five points throughout the week, with one of those goals helping the Pioneer's to a 3-1 win over the top-seeded Warriors on Thursday.

Miller, Bell, and the Pioneers return to action on Wednesday (Sept. 20) when they host Adelphi for a 4 p.m. tilt at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium.
