Chris began dancing at the age of 10, when his mom signed him up for classes at a local studio. He is trained in various styles of dance including Hip-Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary and Pom. He has competed all over the U.S. and has won many awards for his performances as well as choreography. During college, Chris was a member of the St. John’s University Dance Team where he helped the team earn second place in Division I Hip Hop at the UDA College Dance Team National Championships. He has performed at some of New York's most famous venues including Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall. Chris had a featured article in The Wall Street Journal about being a male on a college dance team. You can also spot him background dancing in an episode of “The Carrie Diaries.” He has taught/choreographed for various studios across Long Island and West Virginia including WVU Hip-Hop Team. Chris is excited for another season coaching for the Pioneers!
