2018: Named a consensus All-American by the Division II Conference Commissioner’s Association and National Fastpitch Coaches Association, garnering third team honors on both lists … selected as a third-team Google Cloud Academic All-American ... a first-team All-East Region selection by both the NFCA and D2CCA … voted ECC Player of the Year … named the ECC Tournament Most Outstanding Player ... a first-team all-conference selection … ranked fourth in Division II with 161 total bases and sixth with 19 home runs … ranked in the top-10 nationally with 81 hits and a .413 batting average … drove in 65 runs and came one triple away from tying the LIU Post single-season program record with six three-baggers … started all 57 games in center field … compiled 24 multi-hit games, including one of three Pioneers to record four hits in a game … drove in five runs twice, once against NYIT and once against Adelphi in the NCAA tournament … Added three games with four RBIs and 15 multi-RBI games total … ripped two home runs against Queens and Adelphi … scored three runs and drove in three more in a win aganst Caldwell … homered seven times during the postseason (nine games) and drove in 12 runs during the same span … in the field, committed just one error on 75 opportunities for a .987 fielding percentage.
 
2017: Named the ECC Rookie of the Year and first-team all-conference … started all 53 contests as a freshman … led the team with 13 home runs and ranked second with 36 runs and 89 total bases … made her collegiate debut with two hits and two runs scored during a win against Bentley … hit her first career home run against Saint Anselm … compiled 12 multi-hit games, including three hits against Queens, Stonehill and Bridgeport … ripped two doubles against Southern Connecticut State … drove in three runs against St. Thomas Aquinas … homered in three consecutive games against Bridgeport and Merrimack.

Prior to LIU Post: Played varsity softball at Walnut Grove Secondary in Langley, British Columbia ... recipient of the 2015 Oregon Valley Invite Tournament Bronze Medal, Western Canada Summer Games Gold Medal, British Columbia Provincial Championship Silver Medal and the Canadian National Fastpitch Championship Silver Medal ... won the Canadian National Fastpitch Championship and earned Athlete of the Year honors in 2014 ... set a single-season record for home runs (23) in 2015.

Personal: Has two younger siblings, Leah and Brad ... daughter of Shane and Carrie Fortin ... enjoys volleyball, basketball, reading, hiking, fishing and camping ... her favorite athlete is Lauren Chamberlain ... the person she admires most is her mother ... wants to become a lawyer ... majoring in criminal justice.
