2016-17: An All-ECC second team selection for the 400 meter dash and the 4 x 400 meter relay ... ran to a personal best and won his heat at 23.13 in the 200-meter dash at the Metro Season Opener (Dec. 2) ... finished eighth in the 300-meter dash with a personal best of 36.01 at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9) ... placed sixth at 3:28.69 in the 4 x 400- meter relay and ran to a personal best 51.54 in the 400-meter dash at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3) ... Finished third in the 400- meter dash at 51.13 and ran to a season-best second-place showing in the 4 x 400- meter relay (3:23.25) at the East Coast Conference Championships (Feb. 24). 

2015-16: Crossed at a seventh-place time of 54.15 in his collegiate debut in the 400-meter run at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Jan. 16).

Prior to LIU Post: Three-year varsity track and field runner at Christ The King High School ... 2015 CHSAA 4x200- and 4x400-Meter Relay Champion ... also played football.

Personal: Has four brothers, Andre, Ulysses, Xavier and Phillip ... son of Humphrey and Andrea Ifill ... enjoys going out with friends and playing sports ...
