	2013: IWLCA All-America First Team … IWLCA North Region First Team … ECC First Team … started all 20 games for the Pioneers … picked up 31 ground balls … caused 11 turnovers and won 11 draw controls … cause two turnovers and picked up two ground balls in the national semifinal win over Adelphi (May 18) … picked up six ground balls against Mercy (April 3) … won three draw controls, picked up two ground balls and caused two turnovers against Merrimack (April 6). 
	2012: ECC Second Team … started all 20 games on defense … scooped up 31 ground balls … won 14 draw controls and caused nine turnovers … picked up four ground balls and caused four turnovers against Lock haven (March 24) … grabbed four ground balls against Merrimack (April 7) … caused two turnovers against Dowling (May 5).  
	 
	2011: Played in 12 games, picking up six ground balls, winning three draw controls and causing one turnover.  
	 
	Prior to LIU Post: Played three years of lacrosse for Kate Danowski, helping the Golden Eagles to a conference championship in 2008 … was a two-time all-conference selection, and received the coaches award twice … capped her career with MVP honors her senior year … also played soccer, winning a conference championship in 2008.   
	 
	Personal: Older of Ralph and Ronnie’s two children … has a younger brother, Justin … Ralph played baseball at Queens College … favorite athlete is Mia Hamm … majoring in secondary education.
