2011: Took the field in 37 games with 27 starts … batted .156 with 12 hits, 12 RBI and 14 runs scored … batted 1-for-4 with a run scored in the nightcap at American International (March 30) … went 1-for-2 with an RBI and a run scored at Merrimack (March 31) … combined to go 3-for-8 with three RBI and three runs scored in a doubleheader sweep at NYIT (April 16) … batted 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored at Bridgeport (April 30).
2010: Took the field in 16 games with nine starts at third base … batted .200 with six hits, two RBI and five runs scored … batted 1-for-3 with a run scored in her collegiate debut against Stonehill (March 7) … went 2-for-3 with a run scored against Clarion (March 11) … was 1-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored against University of the Sciences (March 10) … recorded an RBI walk and a run scored at Mercy (April 8).
Prior to C.W. Post: A three sport athlete for the Bonackers … participated in soccer, basketball, and softball at the varsity level … in softball, she helped the team advance all the way to the New York State Final Four in 2007 and 2008 … named MVP her senior year and was a two-time all-county and all-division selection … named soccer MVP for the 2005-09 seasons … an all-county selection 2007-08 and all-state in 2008 … 2008 League VI Field Player of the Year.
Personal: One of Al and Tina Fierro’s two children … has an older brother … also plays on the C.W. Post women’s soccer team … majoring in physical education.
