2009-2010: Was part of a 400 medley relay pool record of 3:57.61 (Dec.12) … made the NCAA “B” cut in the 200 Butterfly with her time of 2:09.52 on Jan. 13 … would make “B” cuts in the 100 & 200 Butterfly events on Jan. 16 … was part of the relay squad that set a new school record and made “A” cuts in the 200 Free Relay at the Met Championships on Feb. 20 … also set school records in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Butterfly on Feb. 20 … named Honorable Mention All-American in the 100 Butterfly...set new personal records in the 100 Fly (56.14), 200 Fly (2:06.48), and 200 IM (2:08.80)

2008-09:
Set new personal records the 100 Fly (56.83), 200 Fly (2.08.98), and 200 Individual Medley (2.12.31) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 20-21) ... was a member of the Pioneer squads that set new team records in the 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, and 200 free relay ... qualified for the NCAA Championships and 2009 USS Short Course Nationals for the first time ... received All-America Honorable Mention in the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay ... was named Scholar All-American.

2007-08:
Set personal bests in the 200 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, and the 200 and 400 Individual Medley ... helped set a team record in the 800 Freestyle Relay.

Prior to C.W. Post:
Swam for coach Ron Campbell’s club team ... also competed at Preston High in track and field and cross country.

Personal:
Older of Dan Cassidy and Kathy Redfearn’s three daughters ... plans to continue swimming and become and editor-in-chief at a publishing company after college ... majoring in English Literature.
