2009: Played in all 11 games … recorded 33 tackles (16u, 17a) … made eight tackles, including eight solos at Indiana (Pa.) (Sept. 5).
Prior to C.W. Post: Three-year starter at Colts Neck … registered 87 tackles, three forced fumbles, two interceptions and six pass break-ups … offensively, he tallied over 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns his senior year … broke school records for total yardage and receptions … finished his career with 234 tackles.
Personal: Oldest of Sean and Janice Smith’s three children … enjoys surfing and snowboarding … his favorite athlete is Ray Lewis… admires his parents most outside of sports … plans to pursue teaching and coaching football … majoring in physical education.
