Nike/US Lacrosse Poll
BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – The LIU Post women's lacrosse team maintained its No. 6 ranking in the first installment of the Nike/US Lacrosse NCAA Division II top-20, as announced by the publication Monday.
Along with being chosen to win the East Coast Conference (ECC) title for the fifth-consecutive year, LIU Post was tabbed at No. 7 in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) preseason poll. The first IWLCA top-25 will be released on Monday, Feb. 25.
The Pioneers open their season on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium against No. 20 Merrimack College.
