Brookville, NY| After being named to the D2CCA All-Region Second-Team, Rachel Londot of the LIU Post women's volleyball team on appeared on the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-East Region First-Team, where were revealed on Tuesday morning.

Londot, who was named ECC Player of the year, garnered her second All-Region accolade this year. Her First-Team selection comes after leading her team and finishing third in the conference in hitting percentage (.293). The outside hitter's 390 kill count was good for third in the ECC. Additionally, the Utica, Ohio native eclipsed her 1000th-kill mark at the ECC Championship.

The Pioneers are back in action Thursday (Nov. 30), when they fourth-seeded AIC in the opening round of the NCAA Division II Championship at 12 P.M. Follow the action here.
