Brewster, Mass. | The LIU Post women's golf team finished in third place at the second annual NEIGA Championship that concluded on Monday, Oct. 23 at the par-72, 5,800-yard Captains Course.

Leading the Pioneers was Shannon Fox who placed fifth amongst 16 competitors what a two-round total of 178.

Abby Snidemiller finished 10th behind a two-day total of 182, while Marissa Bennett and Clar Alamio came in at 14th and 16th place, respectively.

 Assumption sophomore Catherine French fired a two-day, 161 to take medalist honors while leading the Greyhounds to the team championship, just seven strokes ahead of the Golden Knights who wrapped up their fall campaign this weekend.
