PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The LIU Post women's swimming team returned to the pool Friday for Day One of the Frank Elm Invitational, hosted by Rutgers University in Piscataway.
 
In the 500-yard freestyle, junior Karis Fuller can in second in her heat and posted an NCAA-provisional 5:00.79. Meanwhile, Caitlin Johnstone touched the pad at 23.94 time and Laura Bendfeldt clocked in at 23.48 in the 50-yard free.

Head Coach Kristen Foley and her LIU Post squad are back in action Saturday (Nov. 18) for Day Two of the Frank Elm Invitational at Rutgers University in Piscataway.
