SYRACUSE, N.Y. (Nov. 22, 2016) - The LIU Post men's basketball team fell to Le Moyne College, 82-76, in a non-conference tilt on Tuesday at Ted Grant Court in Syracuse.

Four different players scored in double figures for the Pioneers (1-4). Senior guard Jemal Mosley (Nanuet, N.Y.) led the way with a game-high 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting. He also grabbed seven rebounds and dished out three assists in the loss.

Trailing 28-14 more than midway through the first half, LIU Post went on an 18-7 run in a seven-minute stretch to close the gap to a one-possession game (35-32) at the 2:04 mark. Red-shirt junior guard Aary Bibens (Bennington, Vt.) knocked down three treys in the burst. Senior guard Jared Hall (South Orange, N.J.) capped it off with a trifecta of his own.

The Pioneers eventually trailed 40-34 at the break, after Anthony Richards (New Castle, Pa.) buried a three-pointer for the Dolphins in the final seconds of the period.

In the second half, LIU Post shot a solid 41.4 percent (12-of-29) from the floor, but Le Moyne re-claimed its double-digit lead and never looked back from there.

Hall finished with 16 points, four assists, three rebounds and one steal in the contest. Bibens and Dotson each collected 11 points. Freshman forward Kyle Doucette (Lynn, Mass.) added eight points, four rebounds and one steal, while freshman forward Hall Elisias (Valley Stream, N.Y.) had five points and eight rebounds.

Head Coach Erik Smiles and the Pioneers now return home Sunday (Nov. 27) to face University of New Haven in a non-conference showdown at the Pratt Recreation Center in Brookville. Tip-off is set for 3 p.m.
