KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct. 25, 2016) - On Tuesday, the LIU Post men's soccer team sustained the No. 2 ranking in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Division II Top-25 Poll.
The Pioneers went 2-0 last week, after collecting overtime victories against Molloy and St. Thomas Aquinas.
LIU Post currently boasts an unbeaten streak of 14 straight games, tying a mark set in 2013. Additionally, the Pioneers have only trailed in three games this year, and limited the opposition to an East Coast Conference-best 0.62 goals-against average.
Wingate topped the poll for a second-straight week. Simon Fraser moved up one spot to occupy the No. 3 slot. Charleston and Lynn also climbed the ranks to round out the Top-5.

Andreas Lindberg and his LIU Post squad return to the pitch Wednesday (Oct. 26), when they face ECC foe University of the District of Columbia in their 2016 regular-season home finale at Pioneer Soccer Park in Brookville, N.Y. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m.
