FLEETWOOD, Pa. (Oct. 6, 2015) - Over the weekend, the LIU Post women's golf team finished fourth out of eight squads at the Kutztown University Fall Invitational, held at the Moselem Springs Golf Club in Fleetwood.
Freshman
Abby Snidemiller (Apex, N.C.) led the way for the green and gold, as she placed 10th overall. She opened play with an 88 and finished with an 83. Her second round included eight pars.
Senior
Hannah Pohalski (Huntington, N.Y.) shot a 90 and an 89 to finish in a tie for 13th place.
Junior
Shelby Townsend (Panora, Iowa) checked in with a 95 and 91 for a 21st-place showing.
Freshmen
Alanna Jones (Syracuse, N.Y.) and
Natalia Schaefer (St. James, N.Y.) shot 103/92 and 103/102, respectively. Graduate
Nokkie Koonvisal (Bangkok, Thailand) shot a 110/102.
