Field Hockey Stays Fifth in NFHCA Top-10 Poll
CHANDLER, Ariz. (Oct. 28, 2014) -
Following a two-win week, the LIU Post field hockey team stood pat at No. 5 in the latest 2014 Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II Top-10 Poll, released Tuesday.
The Pioneers defeated Northeast-10 Conference opponents Assumption (5-3, Oct. 21) and Bentley (3-1, Oct. 26) to improve their 2014 campaign to 9-2 overall and 5-1 in league play. The green and gold currently sit atop the NE-10 standings and boast the No. 1 scoring average and No. 2 scoring margin in all of Division II.

Raenee Savin and the Pioneers are back in action Wednesday (Oct. 29), when they face No. 7 Adelphi in Garden City, N.Y. at 7 p.m.
