Women's Cross Country Tabbed 10th In Latest USTFCCCA Regional Rankings
NEW ORLEANS, LA. (Oct. 9, 2012) – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released week three regional rankings for the NCAA Division II 2012 season with the LIU Post women's cross country team grabbing the 10th spot in the East. This marks the first time the Pioneers have cracked the top 10 in the regional rankings during current head coach
Rob Morris's tenure.
LIU Post is the lone East Coast Conference squad in the ranking, with the first nine spots all owned by NorthEast-10 squads. Stonehill College retained the top spot in the poll. Rounding out the ranking's top three spots are Adelphi University and Southern Connecticut State University.
