Kohler Named ECC Player of the Week
CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (Jan. 4, 2010) – Sophomore guard
Jonathan Kohler (Bordentown, N.J.) garnered East Coast Conference Player of the Week accolades, the conference announced Monday.
Kohler averaged a double-double for the week with 15 points per game and 10.5 rebounds per game. He led the Pioneers against Southern New Hampshire, registering a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebound and followed up with another double-double performance against Post, amassing 15 points and 10 rebounds.
The Pioneers return to action looking to improve their 2-2 ECC conference record as they travel to St. Thomas Aquinas on Jan. 5, before returning home to take on Queens College this upcoming Saturday, Jan. 8.
