Zach Connor joined LIU Post's coaching staff in 2017. A 2016 Ithaca graduate, Connor was a three-time place winner at the Empire College Championship.
Connor, has wrestled in both the 184 pound and 197 pound weight classes, and was a three-time place winner at the Ithaca College Tournament.
