Jason Calman enters his fifth season as an assistant coach with the LIU Post football team in 2018.
He is in his third year as the Pioneers' running backs coach, after spending two seasons as an assistant defensive backs coach.
Prior to coming to LIU Post, Calman served as Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs Coach at Flushing High School from 2011-13. In that time, he installed a weekly game plan and oversaw positional drills, agility drills and workouts.
Additionally, Calman had two players selected to the All-City Team and 10 players named All-Queens County in his three seasons at Flushing.
Calman, who graduated with a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University in May 2009, resides in West Hempstead, N.Y.
