Rob Neugebauer was a constant presence in the lineup for the Pioneers from 2000 through 2003. He moved from the playing field to the sidelines in 2004 and has helped head coach Bryan Collins manage the Pioneers' vaunted defense.

During his first three years as a player, Neugebauer was a fixture on special teams before taking over at outside linebacker for the 2003 season.

Neugebauer graduated from C.W. Post in May 2004 with a degree in physical education. He is a physical education teacher at Longwood High School in Middle Island, N.Y.
