T.J. Brocking will be entering his third full year as the Pioneers' running backs coach in 2006. The 2003 C.W. Post alumnus coached the offensive backfield in his first two years after graduation, and then helped out in the latter half of the Pioneers' NCAA quarterfinals run in 2005.

Brocking was a four-year fullback at C.W. Post from 1999-02, and served as the main blocking back for two-time All-America tailback, Ian Smart. Brocking was a co-captain on the 2002 Pioneers squad that ripped off a perfect 11-0 regular season and played in the NCAA Division II Championships for the first time since 1976. He carried the ball 131 times for 483 yards and six touchdowns in his college career, including a score in C.W. Post's 2002 NCAA game at Grand Valley State.

A native of Long Island, Brocking graduated from C.W. Post in May, 2003, with a bachelor's degree in physical education. A member of the Dean's List during his time in Brookville, he is currently teaching physical education at nearby John Glenn High School.
